Adult Learn to swim and Fitness

Our Adult Learn to Swim program is designed for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Swimmers will liaise with their instructor about their individual need for swimming lessons.

Our Adult Learn to Swim Goals

Here are examples of goals of our previous or current adult LTS adults:

Overcome a lifelong fear of the water
Play confidently with their children in the pool at home
Increase knowledge and execution of their existing swimming skills
Be able to breathe competently in the water to further their swimming distances.

Classes are 30 minutes. Swimmers can stay in the water and practice their skills after their lesson if they choose to do so.

Adult Fitness Program

Our Adult Fitness program is designed for adults of all ages and abilities. Swimmers will work with coaches to achieve their own personal goals.

Classes are 1 hour.  Swimmers require swimming equipment such as flippers, kickboard and pullbuoy.  Kickboard and pullbuoy can be borrowed from the centre.
